SwitchOne Apperel sales are final. No refunds will be considered with the exception of significant manufacturing defects. In the event of such a defect, one must contact us via e-mail at switchoneapparel@gmail.com within 48 hours upon arrival. SwitchOne Apparel’s manufacturing warranty is limited to 15 days from the date of purchase and the item must be returned with the correct receipt, in the original package, and in new condition. If the product cannot be repaired a full refund, including shipping, will be granted. Store credit may also be issued at the customer’s request. The refund transaction may take up to 15 days to process so please be patient.
SwitchOne Apparel insures every package, no exceptions, during the shipment process. However, we are not responsible for any lost packages returning from a customer in the event of an approved warranty return. It is not our obligation to give a refund if such situation presents itself.
